A Day to Remember: Victoria & Florin’s Wedding and Gloria’s Christening at Belvedere Grand Ballroom
Some days stay with you long after you’ve packed up your camera. Victoria and Florin’s wedding, paired with little Gloria’s christening, was one of those rare, heartfelt days where every moment felt meaningful.
It all started at their home, just the three of them—Victoria, Florin, and their sweet baby girl Gloria. The morning was quiet, peaceful, and beautifully unhurried. There was laughter echoing through the rooms, the kind that only comes when love is deeply rooted and real. I had photographed Gloria’s newborn session not long ago, so stepping into their home again felt like returning to something familiar and warm.
The Orthodox ceremonies, first for the wedding and then the christening, were held in a stunning church filled with soft light and genuine emotion. Watching Victoria and Florin exchange glances and vows through tears was deeply moving. And when Gloria was gently baptized, the room held its breath. It was such a powerful moment—two incredible milestones wrapped into one day.
After the ceremonies, the celebration moved to the Belvedere Grand Ballroom, one of the most elegant venues I’ve had the pleasure of photographing. The space came alive with laughter, clinking glasses, and pure joy. From the heartfelt speeches to the high-energy dancing, the reception was on fire (in the best way). There were so many little in-between moments—tight hugs, whispered words, spontaneous dancing—that truly told the story of the day.
Victoria was radiant, Florin couldn’t stop smiling, and baby Gloria? She stole the show more than once.
